Summary

Ex PWC Chartered Accountant with 28 years’ experience working with many firms in the Private Equity and Investment sector, with particular focus on SME investments in the lower and mid-market.

Rob has been involved in 30 transactions returning over 3x cost with the majority of these transactions being in the SME, start-up, scale-up and growth sectors.  Having been involved in many transactions, Rob has strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, critical thinking and sound judgement; he is a dependable, trustworthy and motivated person with integrity.

Extensive managerial and Non-Executive Director experience as a current Non-Exec Director and Investor in a Fintech business (FCA regulated and authorised) and having been on the board of four investee companies and three Investment/Executive Committees in addition to acting as a Senior Advisor to a number of PE firms and Family offices.

CreditSCRIPT (Q32018-to date) Non-Executive Director, Senior Advisor and Investor of Fintech business (FCA regulated) completing pre Series A round funding
