Perle was created to provide part time Finance Director services to entrepreneurs and business owners running start up and scale up businesses based in South West England.
The Perle offering is relevant to leaders of businesses from all industry sectors who have identified the need for hands-on strategic assistance in helping them take their business to a new level of maturity.
Clients from industrial sectors such as sports and leisure, landscaping, networking, digital marketing, and urban space improvements through trees have benefitted from working with Perle
In all cases Andrew has worked alongside the business owners to instill commercial discipline, improve reporting structures, deliver much needed working capital facilities and help the business deliver on its owner’s aspirations.
This has included providing much-needed clarity of direction of both short and long-term horizons, introduced financial and operational systems and real-time performance reporting.
These improvements have freed the business owners to pursue business development initiatives and manage the resulting growth and expansion.
CEO, ING Lease UK Ltd, 2012 – 2016
Led the operation to shut down the UK arm of a multinational organisation, delivering the complete closure of this £3bn finance company with over 1m customers.
Achieved this £10m under budget, with minimal bad debt, complaints or discounts, disposing of 44,000 sq ft of real estate assets and investing in the future of employees through re-training.
Restructured company pension fund to minimse ongoing risks post-closure.
